Position Overview

HELP R.O.A.D.S. is a comprehensive, non-residential individual and family safety program providing a variety of services designed to assist in empowering survivors of domestic violence, other crime victims, and their families.  As a clinician with R.O.A.D.S., you’ll provide direct services to a diverse population of crime victims of traumatic incidents through advocacy, case management, clinical and group counseling.

Requirements

  • MSW required.

  • Must have experience with crisis intervention, client advocacy, and working with crime victims.

  • Knowledge and skill in direct individual and group services and therapy.

  • Ability to create effective working relationships with other programs as well as building strong bridges with community partners.

  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
