Chart Room Specialist

Position Overview

As Chart Room Specialist at one of our homeless shelters, youíll be responsible for maintaining, updating, and organizing all client charts for use by members of our Socials Services team and review by auditors from our funders and regulators.† Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing new charts for new intakes and providing to appropriate Case Mangers.

  • Pulling and preparing charts for day and evening case conferences.

  • Pulling and replacing charts as requested by HELP USA staff and outside auditors.

  • Ensuring that no charts are lost or misfiled.

  • Assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.† Some College preferred.

  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.†

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills required.
